sPCT - Permissioned

sPCT is a permissioned token available only to Qualified Investors who have passed the necessary KYC and AML checks. As a permissioned instrument, sPCT has stringent controls in place to ensure compliance and security.

Only qualified and whitelisted users may hold sPCT. Correspondingly, sPCT may only be transferred between whitelisted users; transactions between non-whitelisted wallets are prohibited.

sPCT represents ownership of real-world assets. The token undergoes a regular rebasing process, aligning its value with the net asset value of these underlying assets.
