# Overview

Anzen facilitates the creation and redemption of a Real World Asset (RWA) backed tokenized dollar, USDz. USDz is truly a RWA-backed, on-chain, scalable, and sustainable form of money.

USDz is fully composable, and allows holders to benefit from the stabilty of RWA with less volatility than speculative tokens.

#### Key Information

* Users can acquire USDz in permissionless external liquidity pools.
* Approved institutional parties from permitted jurisdictions who pass KYC/KYB screening can directly mint & redeem USDz on-demand with Anzen after being whitelisted.

## **Peg Stability Mechanism**

*USDz* maintains its relative peg stability through its backing by carefully selected private credit assets.

This is achieved through a diversified portfolio that adheres to specific underwriting criteria and portfolio risk controls.

The collateral is represented on-chain with permissioned, secured private credit tokens (SPCT).
